Instructions:
1) Lift mane slide comb teeth upward as near base of mane as possible.
2) Slide comb lock to secure mane and each shank of hair.

Braiding Procedure:
3) Wrap a band near the end of the popper tube.
4) With hook through popper tube - loop a shank of mane.
5) Slide popper downward over hook, hook to shank of mane.
6) Holding popper in place - remove hook - lifting shank of hair up through popper.
7) Holding barrel collar, push popper barrel downward over tube to push band onto shank.
8) When all shanks have been banded, remove comb assembly and repeat process until finished.

Tips:
- Begin with clean combed mane.
- Moisten mane with water or sheen.
- Band first and last shank to prevent comb from slipping - then band remaining shanks.
- Store extra bands on popper barrel.
- Tighten bands by separating each shank of hair into two parts and pull each part down and in opposite directions.
- Use hook drag to remove bands.
- If popper tube develops stiff action - spray with silicone lubricant.
